April 17, 2023: Yom Ha'Shoah -Remember & Never Again. AM ISRAEL CHAI!!

Updated: Apr 19, 2023

Tonight at sundown Yom Ha'Shoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, is remembered in Israel and around the world.

Isaiah 61:1-3

"The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,

because the Lord has anointed me

to proclaim good news to the poor.

He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,

to proclaim freedom for the captives

and release from darkness for the prisoners,

2 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor

and the day of vengeance of our God,

to comfort all who mourn,

3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion—

to bestow on them a crown of beauty

instead of ashes,

the oil of joy

instead of mourning,

and a garment of praise

instead of a spirit of despair.

They will be called oaks of righteousness,

a planting of the Lord

for the display of his splendor."

Amos 9:14-15

"I will bring back the captives of My people Israel; They shall build the waste cities and inhabit them; They shall plant vineyards and drink wine from them; They shall also make gardens and eat fruit from them. I will plant them in their land, And no longer shall they be pulled up From the Land I have given them,” Says the Lord, your God."

But, “We Jews have a secret weapon in our struggle with the Arabs; we have no place to go.” -Golda Meir.

“The lessons of the Holocaust are seemingly relevant to this day. Seventy-five years after the Liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, hatred and intolerance still lurk in the human heart, still tell new lies, adopt new disguises, and still seek new victims." Britain’s Prince Charles

Yom Ha'Shoah is held on the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto uprising. It is a day to both memorialize the victims of the Holocaust and pay tribute to their resistance and bravery.

On this day, we pause to remember over 6 million innocent Jewish victims who were persecuted, tortured and massacred in the Shoah (Holocaust) catastrophe. My family and I would like to dedicate this video to honor the victims, their families and all those who also miraculously survived this terrible persecution.

"Dry Bones (based on Ezekiel 37)" by Eliyah and Elihana:

We Remember and Never Again. AM ISRAEL CHAI!!

Master of Forgiveness:

O Master of Forgiveness, Examiner of Hearts, we have sinned before Thee, have mercy upon us O Master of Forgiveness, Knower of All Hidden Things, we have sinned before Thee, have mercy upon us O Master of Forgiveness, Hearer of Prayers, we have sinned before Thee, have mercy upon us O Master of Forgiveness, Forgiver of Wrongdoings, we have sinned before Thee And again I come to You after a year, asking for forgiveness, do You accept? Let us speak of all that had occurred, the good and the bad, You are a Father and a King How I only saw what I did not have, wasting away, I have lost my path Let me fix what I had broken, begging You like a son, just open up a door for me... O Master of Forgiveness, Examiner of Hearts, we have sinned before Thee, have mercy upon us...
